Selling Strategies: we work closely with the client to identify criteria and strategy of the business sale

Valuation: an important goal for our client is to achieve a reliable valuation of the business and/or related assets; this is a critical driver for a successful sale

Partners and Buyers search: we actively search potential buyers/partners and review with client preferences

Marketing: we will work with the client to prepare a marketing portfolio  ( information Memorandum blind profile etc… )  to introduce the business during the investment operations and during the buyers contacts

Data room: we coordinate the information process to both sides by means of due-diligence control

Negotiations: we assist our client during  negotiations
