logic, aiming to identify relevant range of values to determine a
price for a non binding proposal
Not binding Proposal:
identification of the non binding proposal (price, payment terms,
warranties,…)
Modelling and
Structuring: with the collaboration of our independent professional
partners we provide modeling and design of legal, financial and tax
structure of the intended transaction, in required languages
Due-diligence: by
coordinating independent professional partners we assist our client
in legal, economic, tax and environmental due diligence.
Valuation: economic
target valuation is operated to determine a consistent price
proposal
Negotiations: we assist
and partner with our client through the whole negotiation process.
We strongly support the client ‘s legal consultants in the
preparation of the binding proposal and/or acquisition or sale
contract.
Project Management:
upon client request we can coordinate the several advisors involved
in the acquisition process
